Our new school building’s grand opening was a momentous occasion. We were honoured on Monday morning to welcome the Chief Rabbi and distinguished guests to tour our state-of-the-art facilities. The ceremony, from heartfelt speeches to unveiling plaques around the school and putting up some new permanent mezuzot to finalise the building work, reflected our community’s pride in this significant milestone.
Ivrit Spelling Bee
We were honoured and delighted to participate in this year’s Ivrit Spelling Bee at the London School of Jewish Studies. Organised by PaJeS, this competition has been taking place in many Jewish schools. This week we were there for the semi-finals and grand finals of the competition. We are delighted that two of our students won their categories. We are even prouder of the supreme effort of all the children to be there and compete so well!

Lord Robert Winston visits Year 6
Year 6 have been learning about parliament, as part of a topic on the election. They were honoured to have a visit from Lord Robert Winston, who spoke about his work in The House of Lords. As a very knowledgeable scientist and doctor, he also answered some interesting science questions posed by the class. We are very grateful to him for giving his time so generously, it was a fascinating insight into his work.
